There are going to be times when a friend comes around for a cuppa and a cookie. Why not enjoy the occasion with your own baking.
Protein Chocolate Chip Cookies
These cookies are high in protein, gluten free and low in carbohydrates.
4 ounces of butter
1 tablespoon of raw sugar
2 whole eggs
1-2 cups of almond meal
1/2 cup of chocolate chips
3 scoops vanilla whey protein
1. Beat Butter & Sugar together, add eggs & blend.
2. Add Protein Powder & Almond Meal until mixture is firm (not moist)
3. Add Chocolate Chips and mix well.
4. Roll into balls, place on tray, flatten with fork & bake for 10 minutes @ 170 degrees.
5. Check to make sure bottoms do not burn.
6. When cooked remove from tray immediately and allow to cool.
Protein Peanut Brownies
4 ounces of butter.
1 tablespoon of raw sugar

1/2 cup of roasted peanuts
3 scoops chocolate whey protein
1. Beat Butter & Sugar together, add eggs & blend.
2. Add Protein Powder & Almond Meal until mixture is firm (not moist)
3. Add Peanuts and mix well.
4. Roll into balls, place on tray, flatten with fork & bake for 10 minutes @ 170 degrees.
